A gentle roadmap

Life after Mormonism can feel like a lot at once. If everything feels too heavy, here's a simple order you can follow. Take your time — there is no rush in grace.

  1. 1

    Breathe. You are safe.

You don't have to figure everything out this week. God is not in a hurry, and neither are we.

  2. 2

Meet Jesus again, for the first time.

Start with the Gospel of John — slowly. No curriculum, no chapters-a-day. Just listen. A guide to begin →

  3. 3

    Let others walk beside you.

Hearing stories from ex-LDS Christians — people who have walked this same road — can be one of the most healing things you do. Listen to their voices →

  4. 4

    Find people and a place.

When (and only when) you're ready, we'll help you think about finding a new church and community. If you're in Utah, we have a starting list of gospel-centered churches by area. Find a church near you →

Wondering what's at the heart of all this?

Not a system. Not another version of "try harder." Just a few simple truths we've found to hold onto.

What we believe →

You are deeply loved. Full stop.

Not because you earned it.
Not because of what you did or didn't do.
You are loved because of who God is.
